Before The Gait

Welcome to Before The Gait!  We are located in central Pennsylvania in a rural area which overlooks the Appalachian Trail on the Blue Mountain. Macy Kreider, owner,  grew up loving animals, especially dogs and horses.  She began horseback riding lessons when she was 4 and has never outgrown her desire to surround herself with animals.  After seeing the effects of massage therapy on her own horse, she became the youngest student to attend Equissage, the leading Sports Massage Therapy School on the East Coast. It is her dream to spread the profound benefits of therapeutic touch to help as many animals as possible.
